Terms & privacy

The small print, in plain English.

Short version: you pay £1 to hold a seat, we use your details to run the session & keep you updated, & we don't promise anyone a promotion. The rest is below.

Your £1 & your seat

The £1 is a reservation fee. It holds your seat & tells us you intend to turn up — the session is in person, so seats are limited. Your place is confirmed once the £1 payment goes through. Payment is taken by Stripe on their secure checkout; we never see or store your card details.

Refunds & cancellations: The £1 is non-refundable. It's a reservation fee, not a ticket. If you can't make it, tell us at Fred@leadershipcommunicationgroup.com so we can give the seat to someone else.

What you agree to when you reserve

  • Your details are yours & accurate.
  • You're happy for us to contact you about your seat, the session & future Leadership Communication Group events.
  • You've read these terms. Reserving a seat means you accept them.

How we use your details

Leadership Communication Group is responsible for the information you give us. We use your name, email & mobile to:

  • Hold your seat & confirm your booking.
  • Send venue details & day-of reminders.
  • Answer any questions you send us.
  • Tell you about future sessions & resources. Every message includes a way to stop them.

We don't sell or rent your details. We share them only with the services we need to run the booking — Stripe for payment & our own CRM for messages — & never for anything else.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or tell us to delete it — email Fred@leadershipcommunicationgroup.com. Stop marketing messages the same way, or by the link in any email.

What we don't promise

We teach preparation & practice for the moments that matter at work. We don't promise promotions, new roles, or any specific outcome — those depend on you, your work & your employer. What we do promise is a practical session you can use in your next meeting.

Results & the platforms we advertise on

Results are not typical & will vary depending on individual effort, practice & circumstances. Speaking well under pressure is a real skill & requires real work. Leadership Communication Group does not guarantee promotions, new roles, or any specific outcome — individual results vary based on effort, experience & execution.

On the day

It's an in-person session with other professionals. Come ready to practise, arrive on time & treat the room with respect. We ask people who disrupt the session to leave; we'll always try to fix the problem first.
